Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Paid Social Media Coordinator. This role will work a hybrid schedule in Orlando, FL with regular required onsite collaboration.

Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Associate Paid Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of paid social media campaigns across multiple high-profile consumer brands and destinations. This individual will work closely with internal marketing teams and external agency partners to help manage campaign activation, trafficking, reporting, project coordination, and communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience supporting digital media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid social channels, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution and performance of paid social media campaigns across multiple business lines and brands
  • Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, creative asset delivery, and quality assurance efforts with agency partners
  • Assist with budget tracking, timeline management, and overall campaign coordination
  • Analyze campaign performance data and help prepare reports and insights for leadership review
  • Help identify issues, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute to process improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Paid Social, Digital Marketing, Media Planning, Media Buying, or Campaign Management

Experience working with paid social platforms such as:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • TikTok
  • Snapchat
  • Other social advertising platforms
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong note-taking, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working alongside media agencies
  • Exposure to campaign trafficking, UTM tracking, and digital media reporting
  • Understanding of paid media planning and budget management processes
  • Familiarity with project management tools and marketing workflows
  • Experience supporting large-scale consumer marketing campaigns

  • Takes ownership of meeting notes, action items, and project follow-up
  • Is comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity when needed
  • Can manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
