Job Description

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

+Experience+
  • Marketing experience including social media, communications, events, PR (at least 5 years).
  • Experience working for a start-up, building a new brand or refreshing an existing brand (company, product, or service).
  • Automotive marketing experience for dealer-based products or solutions.
  • Content development and key messaging collaborating with multiple audiences and channels.
+Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities+
  • Deep and broad knowledge of social media.
  • Experience in eCommerce or B2B marketing preferred.
  • Experience with Dealer solutions and software services.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all channels and multiple social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and their algorithms.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (ie. Adobe Creative Suite) and social media content creation apps.
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a high performing team and has a positive ''can do'' attitude.
  • Excellent organization, flexibility and time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

  • Bachelor''s degree in marketing, business, strategy, communications, public relations, or related field.
