Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

+Experience+

Marketing experience including social media, communications, events, PR (at least 5 years).
Experience working for a start-up, building a new brand or refreshing an existing brand (company, product, or service).
Automotive marketing experience for dealer-based products or solutions.
Content development and key messaging collaborating with multiple audiences and channels.

+Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities+

Deep and broad knowledge of social media.
Experience in eCommerce or B2B marketing preferred.
Experience with Dealer solutions and software services.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Ability to effectively communicate across all channels and multiple social media platforms.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and their algorithms.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with graphic design tools (ie. Adobe Creative Suite) and social media content creation apps.
Ability to demonstrate good judgment and integrity.
Ability to work independently as part of a high performing team and has a positive ''can do'' attitude.
Excellent organization, flexibility and time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Bachelor''s degree in marketing, business, strategy, communications, public relations, or related field.
