Principal Software Engineer - Remote Systems & Architecture Lead

Triwill Group is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to own the technical direction for major products and systems. This hands-on leadership role combines architecture with coding, prototyping, reviews and production problem-solving to drive critical engineering work from idea to production.

You will design scalable, reliable backend, frontend, APIs and infrastructure, mentor engineers across teams, and guide trade-offs on speed, cost and maintainability.
