Salesforce Developer / Software Engineer (Contract) - NV1 Required

• Location: Canberra (ACT) or Melbourne (VIC) On-site

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Software Engineer to support the development and configuration of a Salesforce CRM environment in a fast-paced delivery team. You'll work under the direction of the Senior Salesforce Developer in an agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment, contributing to high-quality outcomes across configuration, development, and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Salesforce CRM features to support business processes
• Build and implement Salesforce Flows and workflow automation
• Develop using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions
• Support release planning and delivery, contributing to continuous improvement of tools/processes

Essential requirements

• Current Salesforce certifications:
  • Platform Administrator
  • Platform App Builder
  • Platform Developer
• Strong hands-on Salesforce platform experience: administration, development, configuration, and customisation
• Proven delivery of Flows, Apex, and LWC in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to engage business areas and automate processes on the platform
• Experience working to agile software delivery practices

Desirable

• Azure DevOps and/or Jira experience
• Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, OmniStudio, Service Cloud Voice
• Additional certs (nice to have): Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant
