We're hiring for a prominent retail services organization known for its innovative approach to in-store execution and commitment to client success. This employer is a leader in providing merchandising solutions across numerous retail locations and is rapidly growing its market presence.

The Role

• Lead and manage a team of 100+ merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations within a defined market.
• Drive project execution for key merchandising initiatives, including category resets, new item introductions, stocking, and audits.
• Foster strong relationships with retail partners and client personnel to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of field employees.
• Manage district operational costs, including travel expenses and overtime, to meet financial targets.
• Ensure a high rate of on-time project completion and uphold quality standards.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in retail operations or field management, with a strong understanding of merchandising practices.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or a related field, or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in web-based reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to travel frequently (approximately 65%) to various retail sites and work effectively in a field-based role.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
