The Role

• Conduct independent consulting in real estate financing under § 84 HGB.
• Leverage a strong brand and established network within the real estate industry.
• Focus on client acquisition through a recommendation-based referral system from long-term partners (brokers, developers).
• Utilize local key accounting, sales support, and digital tools to streamline operations.
• Advise clients with clarity, reliability, and a focus on building trust.

What You'll Need

• Experience in real estate financing, banking, or insurance sales (e.g., § 34i GewO).
• A background in banking, insurance, or real estate, or a comparable qualification.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, seeking a partnership-focused work environment.
• Ability to advise clients clearly and build strong relationships based on trust.
