A leading designer, importer, and distributor of amusement toys, novelties, and giftware, is seeking a motivated Account Manager/Sales Specialist. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented team player with a passion for building business relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned customer base by understanding customer needs and providing personalized service.
Execute sales strategies to achieve maximum results with each client.
Handle cold calling and outbound customer outreach.
Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Resolve customer concerns, including product availability, quality, and credit issues.
Participate in trade shows, including booth setup and teardown.
Represent Company professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, account management, or customer relations.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (Sage 300 experience is a plus).
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Position Type: Full-time
Location: Fall River, MA
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000/year +Bonuses
Typical Office Hours: 8am to 5pm
