Branding & Sales Assistant- Immediate Start

Job Description
Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Specialist to join our team! This role combines customer service, counter sales, cashier responsibilities, and customer outreach in a dynamic retail and yard environment.

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service
Process customer purchases accurately using POS systems
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
Answer customer questions and assist with product selection
Maintain accurate cash drawer balances
Build strong relationships with existing customers
Conduct outreach to current and potential customers
Assist customers in the yard and warehouse areas as needed
Utilize NetSuite and other computer systems for sales support
Follow company safety, security, and cash handling procedures
Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
~1+ year of cashier, retail, customer service, or counter sales experience preferred
~ Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
~ Basic math and computer skills
~ Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures
~ Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred
~ Forklift or equipment experience is a plus
~ Must be 18 years or older
Frequent standing, walking, talking, and interacting with customers
Some desk/computer work required
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, including store, yard, and warehouse environments
Full-time position
Weekend availability and occasional overtime may be required based on business needs
Seasonal schedule fluctuations may occur depending on workload and business demands
Compensation & BenefitsHourly Pay Range: $18 – $21.00 per hour
