The Role

• Lead the planning, execution, and verification/validation activities for key radar development programs.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Drive integration activities and the development of test environments and tools.
• Provide technical and programmatic leadership to internal teams and external customers.
• Mentor and guide less-experienced engineers, fostering technical development within the team.
• Analyze test data, prepare briefings, and author comprehensive test reports.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a strong focus on Test Engineering.
• Proven experience in leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Radar Systems, including integration and testing of software and hardware components.
• Proficiency in C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development and analysis.
