The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave enterprise network environment. • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, including server maintenance, patching, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies. • Assist walkup and remote customers with PKI-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues. • Train remote site personnel as Trusted Agents to perform basic PKI duties. • Enforce security strategies and policies within the Identity and Access Management (IdAM) function. What You'll Need • Experience with PKI technologies such as Certificate Authorities, RCVS, and OCSP. • Familiarity with basic concepts of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), token cards, and soft certificates for authentication and digital signing. • Experience with customer interaction, handling service inquiries, and problem resolution, including interactions with senior executives. • Ability to develop and document solutions for complex Active Directory and Windows technical issues. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience generating follow-up reports for root cause analysis and process improvement. • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
