Business Execution Consultant 4

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
In this role, you will lead daily meetings socializing all defects with impacted partners, document detailed meeting minutes, and verify the resolution of software and specification defects. You will provide guidance, lead, and prioritize testing activities for projects while ensuring compliance and risk management requirements are met. A strong background in wire payments and a command of the wire payment workflow are essential.
Responsibilities:

• Lead daily meetings socializing all defects with impacted partners
• Document detailed meeting minutes in an executive summary
• Document and verify resolution of software and specification defects
• Provide guidance, lead, and prioritize testing activities for projects
• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met
• Work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
• Work with teams to develop testing strategies and provide specific technical guidance on defects to developers
• Utilize wire payment background and command of wire payment workflow

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of wire payment experience, including creating and processing wire transactions, with a strong understanding of wire workflows, industry-standard payment structures, and creditor/debtor requirements

• End-to-end system testing, compliance, and governance, experience, including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Quality assurance and control experience, including audits, process evaluations, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Demonstrated experience in compliance, governance, and risk, including escalation processes
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)
• Advanced operational programs, systems, and tools, skills such as: JIRA, and Octane
• Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and data-driven decision-making
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver quality results in fast-paced environments
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Experience leading across matrixed organizations and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives
• Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to present complex information and key risks to senior leaders
• Experience leading organizational change, stakeholder alignment, and readiness activities to deliver measurable outcomes
• Process improvement expertise, including workflow analysis, optimization, and implementation of efficiency enhancements
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and operational excellence

Pay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour
