The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to residents.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities for residents.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks.
• Implement care documentation and planning processes.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance measures.
• Contribute to the professional guidance and development of care assistants, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly or hospital/nurses' care.
• Additional qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• Enjoy working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Empathy and a strong sense of responsibility.
