Healthcare IT Service Desk Analyst (Hybrid)

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the Service Desk Teams in Sydney. The role provides first level IT support via phone and ticketing, with hybrid work options and reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader.

The successful candidate will resolve hardware, software and network issues, assist users, and liaise with vendors where needed while maintaining high customer satisfaction. ITIL knowledge and healthcare environment experience are advantageous.
