The Role

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and contribute significantly to the store's success.
• Assist with team leadership, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding new employees.
• Take shared responsibility for the optimal sales management of a diverse and frequently changing product assortment.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering, implementing display guidelines, and managing daily tasks.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to discuss performance and future store development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail role.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback.
• Willingness to complete an 8-week onboarding program in a designated training store.
