The Role

• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to fill the appointment schedule for the in-home sales team.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales representatives.
• Conduct follow-ups on quotes to help drive revenue.
• Engage in effective outbound communication via a phone-heavy role.
• Play an essential role in team success in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with computers and multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to work daily in an office setting; this is not a remote position.
• Flexible availability for assigned shifts, including occasional weekends.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
