Job Description

Role: Oracle HCM Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA Onsite
Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
Work with HR/business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Support Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production issues.
Configure and maintain modules such as Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams on integrations and custom solutions.
Support data conversion, data validation, and migration activities.
Assist with Oracle HCM integrations using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Strong experience with Oracle HCM functional configuration.
Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle HCM modules such as:
- Core HR
- Recruiting
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Absence Management
- Talent Management
- Performance Management
Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and data conversion
