We are looking for an *Automotive *S*ales Person that has worked at a dealership *to join our sales team! We are seeking someone with a background in Automotive sales at a dealership and a strong work ethic! We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, can work independently and are ready to grow in our fast paced dealership!

• Automotive Sales Consultant* is responsible for managing customers inquiries and converting leads into dealership appointments and vehicle sales.
• *Appointment Setting:* Guide customers through vehicle selection to secure firm appointments for test drives and showroom visits.
• *CRM Utilization:* Diligently track and manage all customer interactions and follow-ups using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to nurture leads.
• *Product Expertise:* Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory, performance, and features to answer technical questions and overcome objections remotely.
• *Sales Process:* The representative handles the full cycle—from initial inquiry to price negotiation and vehicle delivery.
• Core Qualifications*
• *Experience:* Require at least *1-2 years* of automotive sales experience at a dealership.
• *Communication Skills:* Exceptional written and verbal communication is critical for building rapport via digital channels.
• *Tech Savviness:* Proficiency in CRM tools
