About the roleThe Workplace Services team is seeking a proactive and people-focused Workplace Services Coordinator to support both the team and the Workplace Services Manager in delivering an exceptional workplace experience. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our Melbourne office, providing coaching, training, and guidance to team members while ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also collaborate closely with and provide support to the Property & Security Services team as required. This is an onsite position, and you will be required to work from our Melbourne office five days per week.
What you'll be doing:- Support the Workplace Services Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Workplace Services team.
- Deploy training to new Workplace Services Representatives including coaching and support.
- Leadership, support and oversight of Workplace Services Representatives.
- Act as first point of escalation within the Melbourne-based Workplace Services team.
- Deal promptly and comprehensively with all inquiries and correspondence, prioritising where necessary, personally dealing with them or referring them as appropriate.
- Work proactively to identify gaps and deliver high quality solutions and improvements of internal processes.
- Work proactively to support AGL's remote corporate sites as required.
- Good PC skills, especially Microsoft Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with a diverse range of people.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and effectively manage time and prioritise workload.
