Job Description
Project Accounting (PPM)
SFO, CA
6+ months
C2C accepted
- Project Costing setup: cost types, cost categories, expenditure types/categories, transaction controls, burdening/overhead rules
- Project Billing: bill plans, revenue plans, invoice methods, contract billing
- Project definitions, templates, work breakdown structures (WBS), project roles
- Budgeting & forecasting (financial plans, plan types, budgetary controls)
- Capital Projects: asset lines, capitalization, CIP (construction-in-progress) to Fixed Assets integration
- Cross-charge/intercompany billing across projects
- Grants Management (if public sector/education client)
Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH)
- Subledger Accounting (SLA) rule configuration: journal entry rule sets, account rules, description rules, supporting references
- Mapping external/source system transactions into standardized journals
- Transaction Account Builder (TAB) / Accounting Rules Engine
- Reconciliation of subledger to GL
Core Financials
- GL: chart of accounts, calendars, ledgers, journals, allocations, FX/revaluation, intercompany, consolidation
- AP/AR/FA/Cash Management configuration and their integration with Projects
- Period close process across modules
