We are seeking motivated individuals eager to make a societal impact through a hands-on Bachelor's degree program in Social Work. This is a unique opportunity to combine academic learning with practical experience at a leading educational institution known for its flexible and supportive learning environment.

The Role

  • Engage in practical phases within a partner organization to gain real-world experience in social work.
  • Immerse yourself in one of four specialized areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or the School Setting.
  • Receive state-recognized Bachelor's degree with practical, applicable content throughout your studies.
  • Benefit from personalized support from study advisors, guides, and instructors.
  • Learn in small, interactive groups fostering direct engagement with educators.

What You'll Need

  • Possess a (technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational degree, or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrate German language proficiency at the B2 level.

  • Possess empathy, understanding, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience.
  • Prior experience in a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
