BUSINESS ANALYST - Data Accuracy / Data Analytics

BILL RATE: $60 - $70/HOUR

END RATE: $100 - $125K

LOCATION: Lake Forest, IL

They need to come into office when needed 2 days a week

DURATION: 6 month contract to hire.

Data accuracy - ngeneral knowledge of SAP profit centers the system workflows, etc. ECC must have MS Excel SharePoint for reporting purposes smart sheets BS degree knowledge of Tableau and Power BI, any manufacturing customer sales, commercial experience is a plus

This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The analyst will work closely with senior leaders in the Integration/Transformation Management Office: the EPMO, ITMO Operations, and Enterprise Commercial Enablement Office and cross-functional teams to support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of key integration leadership meetings and reporting cycles. They are responsible for development and management of key integration project presentations and reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
• 1-5 years experience with reporting and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint required.
• 1-5 years experience with reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI or Tableau experience required.
• Smartsheet experience or willingness and ability to obtain advanced Smartsheet training required.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured, data-driven approach to task management.
• Proficiency in managing recurring reporting cycles and synthesizing input from multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, with the ability to interact and align across teams and management levels.
