Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne/ Hybrid Working Available + Field Based Days out 
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Bonus Scheme
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team.

The Role

We’re expanding our Newcastle team and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of a permanent desk. This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing the full recruitment cycle, and wants a clear path into leadership as the business continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building Client Partnerships: Meet clients in person and over the phone to understand their needs and develop long‑term relationships.

Delivering Quality: Provide a high‑standard service that encourages repeat business and strong referrals.

Supporting Others: Offer guidance to junior colleagues as the team grows.

Maintaining Standards: Ensure compliance and service delivery remain consistently high.

Solid experience in recruitment with proven billing success

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Confidence in business development and commercial decision‑making.

Ambition, resilience, and a target‑focused mindset.

Healthcare Sector experience Essential.
