The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members facing various issues. • Start and finish your shifts from home, with demand-led working averaging 40 hours per week. • Handle a variety of tasks from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Act as a proud ambassador for the organization, combining technical expertise with outstanding service. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • A proactive attitude to problem-solving and thinking on your feet. • A genuine passion for automotive services and member satisfaction.
