The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics to members.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions.
• Respond to a wide variety of vehicle issues, from simple fixes to complex faults.
• Ensure outstanding member service and provide reassurance during stressful situations.
• Start and finish your workdays from home, managing your schedule effectively.
• Travel to member locations to perform essential roadside assistance.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset.
