Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair BAS, HVAC, air handling, chiller, exhaust, and control systems.
Install and modify control wiring, panels, sensors, actuators, and related equipment.
Support system integrations, upgrades, change controls, and continuous improvement projects.
Execute preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and performance verification activities.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, control drawings, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on facility projects.
Support SOPs, training documentation, validation activities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Assist with troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, and other industrial control systems.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Instrumentation, Electronics, HVAC, or related technical field preferred.
5+ years of hands-on experience with BAS, HVAC controls, air handling systems, and facility automation.
Experience with Siemens, BACnet, or similar building automation platforms.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and control schematics.
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical/GMP preferred).
Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance practices.

This position requires a hands-on technician who can independently support facility automation and HVAC systems while ensuring reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.
