Job Description

PMO Analyst | Professional Services | Change & Transformation

We are recruiting for a rapidly scaling, private equity backed professional

Services business pursuing an active acquisition strategy.

The PMO Manager will bring structure and visibility across a portfolio of strategic projects, with a particular focus on acquisitions, integration and business-wide transformation.

You will:

  • Establish effective PMO governance and reporting.
  • Coordinate acquisition and post-acquisition integration programmes.
  • Maintain oversight of milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and outcomes.
  • Turn strategic objectives into clear, executable delivery plans.
  • Produce decision-focused reporting for senior leaders and investors.
  • Create accountability and challenge delays or competing priorities.
  • Embed consistent project management disciplines across the business.

Applicants will have:

  • PMO professional background who can operate strategically while remaining close to delivery.
  • Professional/Corporate services sector experience
  • Strong commercial judgement, confidence with senior stakeholders and the ability to create clarity in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience of acquisitions, integration or complex transformation
  • A background within a private equity-backed, professional or regulated services environment would be particularly valuable.
