We are seeking a talented Senior Physician for our Intermediate Care unit within a leading national hospital group renowned for its specialized pediatric care, neurosurgery, and cardiovascular services. The Role

• Lead and manage patient care on the Intermediate Care unit with a high degree of autonomy.
• Provide expert supervision and training for junior medical staff.
• Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of services and patient demographics within the IMC unit.
• Participate actively in the on-call rotation for the neuropediatric department to ensure continuous patient care.
• Engage in the development of new treatment protocols and quality improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a Pediatrician with a specialization in Neuropediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology, or Pediatric Intensive Care.
• Alternatively, board certification as an Anesthesiologist with a focus on Pediatric Anesthesia.
• Proven experience in providing comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for medical education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration.
