On behalf of our client, an established, FINMA-regulated Independent Wealth Manager specializing in tailored Private Banking and Asset Management solutions for Nordic High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and institutions, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced Senior Private Banker to join their team in Zürich. Your Mission In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and actively expanding a portfolio of HNW private clients. You will combine Swiss financial excellence with deep market understanding to deliver highly customized wealth management and investment solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management & Advisory: Provide holistic wealth management advice, financial planning, and tailored private banking solutions to HNW individuals and institutions.
  • Investment Execution: Develop and execute customized asset allocation strategies in line with client goals and risk profiles.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand your market footprint within the Nordic segment.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all advisory and transaction processes strictly comply with Swiss financial regulations and internal quality standards.

Qualifikationen
Your Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven track record in Private Banking and Wealth Management.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing, developing, and growing HNW client portfolios.

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of finance, global markets, asset allocation strategies, and wealth management best practices.

  • Languages: Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) and English is required; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of cross-border financial regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive, excellent relationship management skills, and an analytical, client-focused approach.
