Rate $40/hr on C2C

Experience: 3–5 years maximum

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior AI Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI/GenAI projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing technology projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with AI/ML engineers, developers, business teams, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Support the delivery of AI/ML, Generative AI, or automation projects.
• Help coordinate requirements, testing, deployment, and project releases.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and scope.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in Project Management / Technical Project Management.
• Experience working on AI, ML, GenAI, data, or technology projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Good understanding of software development/project lifecycle.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI/ML platforms, or cloud technologies.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience working in an enterprise technology environment.

Note: Candidates should have no more than 5 years of total professional experience and be comfortable working in the Houston, TX area according to the client's on-site/hybrid policy.
