The Role

• Develop fire protection concepts and technical statements for clients.
• Conduct assessments of existing building conditions for various property types.
• Consult and coordinate with clients, architects, specialist planners, and authorities.
• Provide fire protection advice during construction and oversee projects.
• Conduct fire protection training and instruction within companies.
• Utilize software for fire and evacuation simulations of buildings.

What You'll Need

• A completed degree in Fire Protection, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Alternatively, relevant practical experience in fire protection or certification as a specialist planner or expert in fire protection.
• Familiarity with fire safety regulations and simulation software is beneficial but not essential.
• A background in fire department technical services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• A structured, independent work style with strong reliability, accuracy, and communication skills in German.
