Endur Business Analyst - Onsite

Position: Endur Business Analyst
Location: Houston, TX (4 days hybrid onsite)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Endur Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Openlink Endur and the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) domain. The candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support Endur implementations and enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Openlink Endur projects.
• Good understanding of the Endur platform and ETRM processes.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, confirmations, settlements, invoicing, and reporting.
• Understanding of commodities trading such as Power, Gas, Oil, or Energy markets.
• Experience working with business users, traders, risk teams, and operations teams.
• Ability to create functional specifications and support testing activities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with business users and technical teams to deliver Endur solutions.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Support system enhancements, implementations, and upgrades.
• Assist with UAT, issue resolution, and production support activities.
• Prepare business and functional documentation.
