Job description

Develop and customize Epicor ERP applications for manufacturing and industrial clients. Build, test, document and maintain customizations, business process management, reports and queries; manage assigned tasks and tickets, troubleshoot issues, and train end users on Epicor technical tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Epicor ERP applications using ERP and SDK tools.
  • Create and test customizations, BPMs, Crystal Reports, SSRS reports and queries.
  • Document modifications to client software according to company policy.
  • Manage assigned tickets and tasks to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Troubleshoot issues and evaluate alternative solutions.
  • Train end users on SSRS, Crystal Reports and other Epicor technical tools.
