Software Engineer

Dynamic Systems, Inc., a national leader in complex mechanical and process construction, is seeking a Software Engineer to build tools that power large-scale HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects. In this role, you'll design, develop, and support software solutions that integrate project data, field operations, and design models, improving productivity, quality, and safety. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software tools that support mechanical construction projects and internal operations.
• Integrate applications with project management, BIM/VDC, and field data systems to streamline workflows and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable APIs, databases, and services.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and integrations in a production environment.
• Support data analytics and dashboards that improve visibility into project performance, schedule, and cost.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
