Customer Service Associate - Glass Fabrication

Quality Glass and Mirror Service has been fabricating glass and aluminum products out of Omaha since 1985. We run an 80,000 square foot production facility and serve customers across the Midwest, from homeowners and contractors to architects and commercial glazing companies. We've been voted Best of Omaha for glass and mirror for seven years running, and our name is our reputation. We take that seriously.

We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our operations team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key link between sales, purchasing, and production. This is a small team where you'll get exposure to the whole business, not just one narrow piece of it, with a real path to learning quoting and taking on more over time.

In this role you will:

• Process customer orders by phone and email, and keep customers updated on order status
• Work day to day with our operations, purchasing, and production teams to keep orders moving
• Learn how to quote standard and custom orders alongside our sales team

Background and Experience Required:

• Comfortable on the phone and handling a high volume of customer communication
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in glass, construction, or manufacturing industries
• Willingness to learn new software, including ERP and CRM systems
