Job description
This key role sits at the forefront of cutting-edge aerospace and advanced engineering technology. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will work on mission-critical products, acting as a central technical authority between engineering disciplines and helping shape the system-level decisions that drive successful product delivery.
Working across the full systems engineering lifecycle, you will be involved in requirements capture, system architecture, design, verification, validation, and integration activities. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring robust technical solutions are delivered to the highest standards. Engineers looking to expand their leadership responsibilities will also have opportunities to mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across projects.
The ideal candidate will come from aerospace or another highly regulated, safety-critical industry. However, we are keen to hear from experienced engineers within defence, automotive, rail, robotics, complex electronics, or other sectors where rigorous systems engineering processes are essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering team working on innovative products, with significant investment in new technologies and future development programmes. The business offers excellent career progression, ongoing professional development, a collaborative working environment, hybrid working, and a competitive benefits package including bonus and flexible leave arrangements.
They offer flexible and hybrid working hours with a good pension and bonus scheme.
