Sales General Manager

We help you get there. D1 Training is seeking a proven sales leader with 3+ years of high-ticket fitness sales experience to own revenue growth and lead sales performance.

This role is responsible for closing premium training packages, coaching team members on sales execution, and driving consistent results in a high-energy environment
Own sales and revenue growth
Generate, manage, and convert leads into memberships
Own all membership sales
, own all personal training sales
, retention, and front-desk conversion
Oversee
POS setup, billing, contracts, and promotions
Run weekly 1:1s and staff meetings focused on sales performance and accountability
Manage the business
Own the facility P&L, budgets, and financial performance
Review monthly financials with ownership, line by line
Deliver the D1 brand experience
Serve as a key point of contact for members and families
Ensure a world-class experience for youth athletes, adults, and professionals
Support special events
, community outreach, and brand activations
3+ years of sales leadership or management experience

~ Experience in fitness, gym, retail, or service-based operations
~ Free membership in a state-of-the-art D1 Training facility
