We're hiring for a leading European technology and services group that plays a crucial role in driving the energy transition. This employer is renowned for its expertise in high-voltage and substation projects across Northeast Germany, contributing significantly to climate protection goals.

The Role

• Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage switchgear (up to 380kV).
• Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mount components such as HV clamps, suspension, and support insulators.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable installations.
• Review and mark up plan documents based on site work.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in locksmithing, such as Metalworker, Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience in locksmithing within sectors like construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or metal processing.
• Ideally, experience working with electrical systems.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and a willingness to travel to project sites via personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular site assignments, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work approach.
