We are looking for an IT Hardware & Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator (f/m/d).

Also available as a part-time position or on a mini-job basis! This job is fun because you'll... keep track of our IT hardware warehouse at the Alsfeld location and ensure clear structures. ensure that new colleagues are perfectly equipped from day one—with fully functional devices and everything they need. ship, exchange, and return devices, thereby directly contributing to a smooth daily workflow. Check deliveries, store hardware properly, and reliably maintain inventory records in the system.

Independently coordinate repairs and warranty claims and keep track of returns. actively participate in relocations, rollouts, and technical installations at our locations. work independently while being part of a dedicated team.

You're special to us because you work in a structured, organized, and reliable manner—even when you have multiple tasks to handle at once. enjoy organizing things and putting them into practice. ideally have experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, office management, or a comparable field. are comfortable using common devices such as laptops and smartphones—specialized IT knowledge is not required! You have a solution-oriented mindset, tackle challenges independently, and communicate clearly within the team. You have excellent written and spoken German skills.

You have a Class B driver's license and are willing to occasionally drive to other locations. You live in the Alsfeld/Vogelsberg area or within easy reach (the position is on-site).
