Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Meet with qualified sellers and understand their goals
Create pricing and listing strategies using market data and CMAs
Market listings and manage key listing activities
Present and negotiate offers through closing
Guide sellers through the listing-to-close process
Provide excellent client communication and service
Work with
Inside Sales and Marketing to convert leads into listings
Qualifications:
