Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced AI Governance & Enablement Lead to manage AI governance, security controls, audit processes, and AI adoption programs across technical teams.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 10 15+ years in Cloud Security, IAM/RBAC, AI Governance, or Governance frameworks
  • Strong experience with AI/ML governance and audit frameworks
  • Experience with RBAC, access control, approval workflows, and audit trails
  • Experience governing AI-generated code and/or AI agent actions
  • Experience developing and running AI adoption/enablement programs
  • Strong technical training and enablement experience
  • Experience tracking AI adoption and delivery metrics, quality, defects, and production outcomes
  • Knowledge of AI policies, compliance, risk, and governance
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred:
  • SOC 2 or similar audit/compliance experience
  • Wrike and Quip experience
