Metro Stars Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced gymnastics leader to join our Maple team as a Gymnastics Director.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, developing coaches, improving programs, and creating a great experience for gymnasts and families.

What You'll Do

• Spend approximately 75% of your time coaching, training, and supporting gymnastics programs
• Lead classes and model high-quality, consistent coaching
• Help coaches grow through training, feedback, and clear expectations
• Work with Program Directors to improve lesson plans, progressions, and class experiences
• Support staff in following Metro Stars systems and standards
• Collaborate with the director team to keep programs and daily operations running smoothly
• Assist with communication, scheduling, and other administrative needs
• Set goals for yourself, your staff, and your programs—and help turn those goals into action
• Take advantage of training, clinics, and other opportunities to continue learning and growing
