About the Opportunity

Talent Care is seeking an experienced Operations Support Analyst to support a critical enterprise reconciliation platform running on IBM i. This role focuses on production support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, testing, and partnering with technical and business teams to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support by monitoring Outlook, Teams, ServiceNow, and application logs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Perform QA, end-to-end testing, and support application deployments.
• Complete maintenance programming, including bug fixes and minor enhancements.
• Perform system housekeeping, including object reviews, reorganizations, and data purges.
• Manage user access and system configurations.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support processes.
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IBM i / AS400 support experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
• IBM i / AS400
• RPG
• RDi
• SQL
• IFS
• FTP
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience supporting multiple priorities in a production environment.

• TIBCO EBX (MDM)
• Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
• REST API integrations
• Informatica Cloud services
• Boomi or other enterprise integration platforms
