  • Serve as the primary administrator for UKG Pro, including Core HR, Onboarding, People Analytics, Time & Attendance, and Payroll. Configure and maintain our UKG system settings, security roles, workflows, and business rules.
  • People Analytics (BI) & Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain advanced BI dashboards, scheduled reports (including bursts and alerts), and complex queries to deliver actionable workforce analytics and data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Security Architecture & Setup: Architect, configure, and rigorously audit comprehensive security structures within UKG modules. Manage role-based access control (RBAC), user permissions, and field-level security to ensure strict data privacy, segregation of duties, and compliance with data governance policies.

HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our UKG PRO HCM Platform. This key role will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT & Administrative teams, in addition to other 3rd party vendors. This role will maintain strict confidentiality and ensure that the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs for a 3,000+ global organization

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for UKG Pro, including Core HR, Onboarding, People Analytics, Time & Attendance, and Payroll. Configure and maintain our UKG system settings, security roles, workflows, and business rules.
  • Configure, test, and deploy new functionality, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Leads HRIS initiatives including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and support.
  • People Analytics (BI) & Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain advanced BI dashboards, scheduled reports (including bursts and alerts), and complex queries to deliver actionable workforce analytics and data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Security Architecture & Setup: Architect, configure, and rigorously audit comprehensive security structures within UKG modules. Manage role-based access control (RBAC), user permissions, and field-level security to ensure strict data privacy, segregation of duties, and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Time & Attendance Configuration: Lead the intricate configuration and continuous improvement of UKG Time & Attendance (or UKG Dimensions). Build and manage complex pay rules, work schedules, shift differentials, and overtime calculations across various jurisdictions.
  • Leave & Accrual Management: Architect and configure leave of absence policies, PTO accrual rules, and holiday schedules, ensuring strict compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws across a distributed workforce.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize UKG functionality, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot system issues by partnering with internal stakeholders, UKG Support, and vendors to resolve them. Experience:
  • UKG Pro: Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) HR and Payroll HCM, or related experience (Required)
  • HCM system: 3 years (Required)
  • HR and Payroll HCM: 3 years (Required)
  • UKG Pro Certified: 1 year (Required)
  • Advance experience building in UKG Business Intelligence, Proven experience configuring complex rules in UKG Time & Attendance for multi-state or global organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and auditing UKG security roles and system access policies, including People Analytics module.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, multi-task, and meet deadlines is required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with teammates in different locations and disciplines.
  • Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
