As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant with La Vita Bella Home Health, you’ll bring expert care directly to patients where they feel most comfortable—their homes. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions, making a real and lasting impact every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personalized physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function
- Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans
- Track progress and communicate updates with the care team
- Build meaningful relationships with patients in their own environments

- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current and valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New Mexico.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
