The Role

• Establish and adjust credit limits based on customer requests, credit reports, and payment history.
• Support the Credit Analyst team by approving orders, monitoring performance, and conducting audits.
• Review analyst assessments and address customer inquiries and order processing.
• Meet daily deadlines to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
• Identify and act on high-risk or potentially fraudulent accounts and transactions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, or a call center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to interpret financial statements.
