The Role

• Provide professional nursing care, including basic and advanced treatments.
• Plan, execute, document, and evaluate care tailored to resident needs.
• Actively listen to resident concerns and collaborate with them and their families to find solutions.
• Ensure adequate stock of medications, dressings, and care supplies.
• Mentor and support new colleagues, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a licensed nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse).
• Prior experience in a nursing role is preferred.
• A genuine passion for teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong empathy, professionalism, and good communication skills.
