We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Client Operations team. This role is located in Everett, MA. In-office requirement is four days.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Independently work with large, complex external clients to resolve the most critical and complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
• May resolve atypical or highly complex issues and/or escalate to management as appropriate.
• May serve as subject matter experts on BNY products and services.
• May lead staff on specific projects and resolution of client issues.
• Lead team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to major clients and ensure requests are executed.

• Extensive experience analyzing information and resolving complex client issues using advanced problem-solving skills and judgment.
• Superior communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
• Superior knowledge of BNY Mellon products, services, client issues, and needs to support business development and expanded offerings.
