The Role • Develop and execute event-based marketing strategies to generate qualified sales leads. • Plan and manage the event calendar, including budgeting and staffing for local events. • Oversee event marketing teams, ensuring successful lead generation at trade shows, home shows, and community events. • Collaborate with sales and installation teams to enhance local brand presence. • Recruit, train, and develop event marketers, setting clear goals and KPIs. • Track and report on event performance and ROI, striving to exceed lead generation quotas. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proven experience in event marketing, lead generation, or experiential marketing. • Ability to manage budgets and plan events across multiple markets. • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing staff. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
