The Role

• Manage a caseload of up to 20 clients, supporting individuals with mental health conditions into meaningful employment using the IPS model.
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams and contribute to multi-disciplinary care planning.
• Develop strong relationships with employers to identify and tailor suitable job opportunities.
• Oversee client referrals, provide job retention support, and ensure compliance with relevant protocols.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) accurately and provide guidance on benefits.
• Maintain flexibility to work across various settings as required by the role.

What You'll Need

• Demonstrable empathy, strong organisational, and communication skills.
• Experience in supporting individuals with job searches and achieving employment outcomes.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• A self-starter mentality, comfortable with lone working, and a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop, with a commitment to client-centred outcomes.
