Specialist Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant to a small, busy, and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of 30,000 - 32,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Duties:

• Telephone canvassing new clients in selected markets, in order to generate new leads
• Working for a local recruiter, sourcing candidate for high profile vacancies
• Keeping accurate records of all actions and keeping the client and database up to

date

• Achieving all sales targets set by your designated manager
• Maintaining good repour with new and existing clients

Experience required:

• Extensive training will be provided and an individual career strategy will be outlined and modified constantly for you to achieve your set goals
• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or logistics
• Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
